Erin works with my daughter to help with motor skills, both gross and fine skills.  She is also helping us some activities to build muscle and tone.  Sydney has tried all her tricks to get out of doing the activities and Erin has pushed through and they have an “understanding” now.  They work using ABA techniques, as Sydney expects a reward when she completes a task.
