Flax Seed (for extra fiber)

I sprinkle my daughters (and all my kids) food with ground flax seeds.  It “hides” well and adds extra fiber, omega 3′s and calories to food.  If you try this start out slow, especially if your daughter isn’t used to fiber, it could cause stomach discomfort.

Olive Oil

Great way to add calories to any dish! It has about 14g of fat per tablespoon! Be sure to get the Extra Virgin for the easiest on the tummy.

*also makes a great skin lotion after a bath!

Enlive Apple Juice
