If you’re doing GF for your Rett Girl or yourself, this recipe is “Rett Girl Approved” by MY Rett Girl. She loves it. I’ve made it twice already, and she ate it all up. It’s got lots of nutrition in it too!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of hemp milk
1/4 cup of frozen wild blueberries
1 heaping Tablespoon of natural nut butter (almond, peanut, etc.)

Snapea Crisps! Yum! our daughter loves these! Easy to gasp and chew (so great for OT therapy)– and they really wake up your mouth… we share them with lots of giggles — get them in bulk online or look in the salad section of your grocery store.
Ingredients:
3 cups rice (grind up if trouble chewing)
2 eggs (or egg substitute)
1 cup cheese (or dairy-free cheese substitute)
1/3 cup milk (or dairy-free milk like rice milk)
finely chopped and cooked veggies (carrots, zucchini) [mash veggies if trouble chewing]
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and bake 15-20 minutes in muffin tins!

1/4 cup cream of rice cereal
1 cup rice milk
1/2 mashed banana
1 TBS Earth Balance Dairy Free butter
*optional supplements to add:
1 TBS liquid calcium magnesium
