High Calorie Gluten Free Shake

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of hemp milk

1/4 cup of frozen wild blueberries

1 heaping Tablespoon of natural nut butter (almond, peanut, etc.)

1 Tablespoon ground flaxseed

1 tsp raw honey

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Additional:

For even more calories you can add a Tablespoon of olive or coconut oil.

Caution:

If your Rett Girl is not accustom to eating flax seed it may be hard on her stomach at first.  Either leave it out completely or start with a 1/2 tsp and gradually increase as she is able to tolerate.
