Zoe's Dance Moves

This has been one of Sarah’s favorite DVDs for years! I really enjoy it too.  It stars Paula Abdul as a dance instructor. She teaches Zoe all kinds of dance moves from different cultures.  Through the years, we have “moved” and “danced” with this video a few times a week. When she couldn’t bear weight, I would lie her on the floor and move ther arms and feet to follow the steps. Now, we stand up and I help her through the motions. She loves it!
